Hi, I’m Phoebe, the proud owner of Phoebe Elizabeth Hair and Beauty. My journey in the beauty industry started at 14, when I worked as a Saturday girl in a local salon. That’s when I truly fell in love with everything beauty has to offer.
I trained at Midkent College, where I earned my Level 2 VRQ and Level 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy, before heading to The London School of Beauty and Make-Up. This opened the door to some incredible opportunities, including working as a freelance Make-Up Artist and with Space NK at Canary Wharf in London for about two and a half years. Those experiences taught me so much—how to work under pressure, think on my feet, and truly understand the importance of excellent customer service.
Although I loved the fast pace of London, I missed building personal relationships with clients, so I decided to return to the beauty world, spending the next six years working in various salons, growing my skills and building a loyal client base.
Opening my own salon has always been a dream of mine, and after years of learning and growing, Phoebe Elizabeth Hair and Beauty is finally a reality. I’m beyond excited to bring my passion for beauty, customer care, and expertise to every client who walks through the door.
